LEGAL NOTICE Therapeutic Products Advertising Act (HWG)

In numerous therapeutic practical observations and studies and after around 20 years of experience and several million individual applications in a wide range of areas, the AIRNERGY principle has shown astonishing results, which have attracted attention in medical and scientific circles. Since its foundation in 2000, AIRNERGY has always endeavoured to be transparent and to provide evidence for specialists and the general public that is useful for further recognition of the method (spirovitalization). To this end, AIRNERGY has been extensively researched and tested by recognized scientists and institutions from the fields of medicine, biochemistry and especially biophysics. AIRNERGY belongs to the scientific field of bionics and is not comparable with previous methods that increase oxygen (SMT), ionize or add ozone. The AIRNERGY method is based on the interaction of light, air and water within the atmosphere. This is modeled on nature, similar to the way photosynthesis has worked for millions of years.

Due to the German Therapeutic Products Advertising Act (HWG), we are obliged to point out that both the therapy method presented here and its effect, despite the measurable results (e.g. by means of ECG technology, the HRV measurement (heart rate variability)), may not be described here purely legally as medically or orthodox medically proven or as a medical product. However, this does not automatically call into question the effectiveness of the therapy and product, but rather follows the justifiably strict German legislation, which is intended solely to protect the consumer, who is often not a medical expert.
