Airnergy makes an important contribution to healthy air with spirovital therapy

clean "room air" - an extremely valuable asset

Who does not know that: when you stay in closed rooms, we sometimes believe that we are breathing in bad air. This feeling is not deceptive to us. It is an alarm sign: In fact, we even breathe more pollutants in some interiors than on strongly busy road crossings! One reason for this are sources of pollutants in our apartments and offices or workshops , which also includes modern windows and doors that complete almost airtight. Which makes sense, because so valuable energy can be saved. Unfortunately, this often gets too little fresh air ** into the rooms.

Cigarette smoke or cooking fumes are other factors that contribute to pollution of the air we breathe indoors. But building materials, interior design materials (e.g. furniture, carpets or panels), room paints, air fresheners and cleaning products or contaminated soil on which the building is located are also significant sources of pollutants. And eliminating these is essential for our well-being and health. After all, we spend around 90 percent of our lives indoors! However, poor indoor air not only has a significant impact on our quality of life. It can also lead to serious health problems.

Possible consequences are

  • Asthma, allergies and other respiratory diseases
  • Headaches
  • Dry eyes and skin irritations
  • Sore throat, colds and flu
  • Memory loss, dizziness, fatigue and depression after inhaling contaminated indoor air.

Fresh Air is important AIRNERGY

The potential health consequences of exposure to toxic particulate matter are even more serious.

Permanent, serious illnesses such as

  • heart disease
  • Personality disorders
  • Reproductive disorders and infertility and
  • cancer cannot be ruled out. Clean indoor air is therefore extremely important.
But what can we do to avoid being exposed to the aforementioned health risks and to have good air to breathe within our own four walls?

The BioMedical Center in Speyer gives the following advice:

Ventilate frequently. Open the windows every day for 5 to 10 minutes, preferably on opposite sides of the house, so that a draught can develop. Keep live indoor plants. Take off your shoes as soon as you enter the house and leave them by the door to prevent toxic particles that can stick to your shoes from entering your home. Stop smoking in your home. Switch to non-toxic cleaning products and safe personal care products. Avoid aerosols. Avoid commercial air fresheners and scented candles. Don't hang freshly dry-cleaned clothes in your closet right away. Hang these clothes outside for a day or two. Better still, find out if there is a new, environmentally friendly cleaning method in your area that uses liquid CO2. Clean your carpets and floors regularly, preferably with a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter (fine dust filter). Check your oven filters. Today, there are more sophisticated filters that can capture a greater number of harmful particles. Have your chimney and air conditioner cleaned regularly. Avoid using paints, glues, solvents and other chemicals in your home or nearby garage. Do not use non-stick cookware. Look for a healthy alternative, such as ceramic cookware. When building or remodeling your home, choose to use safe and environmentally friendly materials. For a lasting health effect: use parquet flooring instead of carpeting. Carpet absorbs a variety of particles, such as animal dander, heavy metals, and all other types of allergens. The same principles apply to the ventilation of your car, especially if your car is new and still receiving chemicals and solvents. These are the recommendations of the BioMedical Center.

Essential oils, which are extracted from various parts of plants such as flowers, leaves, but also bark, roots or resins, also ensure a pleasant, healthy room climate, e.g. in a fragrance lamp. As they have a direct effect on the brain, they can influence both physical and psychological processes in the human body. They are not only an excellent alternative to the often questionable artificial fragrances used in numerous room sprays today.

Essential oils as a supplement to Airnergy spirovital therapy AIRNERGY aromatherapy With the spirovital therapy developed by the company, Airnergy is also making a contribution to ensuring that good, healthy and, in particular, energy-rich, i.e. bioavailable air can be inhaled indoors - regardless of the living situation and indoor air conditions.

Every day, we breathe in and out around 21,000 times, that's around 7.5 million breaths a year - well over half a billion in our lifetime! What most people don't realize is that 75% of the oxygen we breathe in is exhaled unused. The Hennef-based medical product manufacturer has designed a device that processes the oxygen in the ambient air (21%) according to the model of nature (photosynthesis: interaction of sunlight and green leaves) in such a way that it can be optimally converted into energy by the human organism.

"The self-healing powers of the human body are thus specifically activated and supported. In contrast to conventional oxygen therapies, however, the body is neither supplied with additional or high-dose oxygen nor is it ionized. In addition, the user is not administered ozone or chemical additives that are foreign to the body," explains Airnergy founder and managing director Guido Bierther. "Spirovitalization, which works according to the lock-and-key principle, makes a significant contribution to improving energy production in the entire organism, where the energy-rich air absorbed has a direct effect in the cells as well as in the surrounding tissue." The energized air is inhaled over a period of 21 minutes - with the help of light, comfortable breathing goggles - to replenish energy.

Essential oils can also be used as additional components during inhalation as part of spirovital therapy. To strengthen the immune system, however, it is also advisable to combine spirovitalization with the use of disinfectant essential oils in the room air - especially during the current flu epidemic, i.e. in times of increased risk of infection. For example, pine needle oil diluted with vinegar and lemon oil are used. Disease-causing bacteria, viruses and fungi can thus be specifically eliminated indoors.
