Study: Reductions in blood lactate and heart rate values through the use of Airnergy breathing technology

A revealing study was carried out by Dr. Elmar Wienecke, renowned sports scientist and head of SALUTO, the competence center for health and fitness in Halle/Westphalia, and published as a special edition in the well-known sports magazine "medicalsports network".

An economization of metabolic activity is shown by reduced blood lactate values and lower heart rates at the individual exercise levels. With the help of the 'Team Sport System' from Polar, we recorded the individual curves of the test subjects. We can recognize highly significant (p<0.001) reductions in blood lactate and heart rate values through the use of Airnergy breathing technology. Lower blood lactate values of up to 20.8 ± 4.68 % at the individual exercise levels. The recorded heart rates show reductions of up to a maximum of 5.29 ± 1.81%. This result also confirms the subjective impression of the participants, who reported a significant improvement in verum device described a significantly improved performance after using the Verum device.
